The assessment is a comprehensive, premium assessment over four visits, that includes X-Rays (if appropriate), spinal assessment, an interactive educational workshop, personal consultations with a practitioner, a Virtual Reality Spine Experience, two treatments (if appropriate) and a recommended plan of care.

The plans of care are structured programmes based on clinical research, that help relieve pain, correct your movement, muscles, function, structure and posture and give you the skills to care for your spine for the rest of your life. They comprise a blend of adjustments (treatments) and personally prescribed exercises, to help pull your spine back into line, help your body move more easily and stop the damage getting any worse.
